Returns
Cancelled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Backordered items ONLY are exempt from the 15% restocking fee.
Orders returned within the first 15 days after the shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
There are NO returns on products after 15 days from the time of shipment.
We do not accept returns on clearance items.

Returned orders NOT meeting the following criteria will be refused and will NOT be refunded.
1. Packages sent without obtaining Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us before shipping or without an RA# on the outside of the box.
2. Any product sent back installed, used or missing parts.
3. When shipping product back please put product and original manufacturers packaging in a tightly packed box or carton. Any packages received in manufacturers packaging only, will be refused. Example…Do not ship shoes back in manufacturers shoe box

Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. Upon our mistake we will NOT pay for express or air shipping of any kind. If we determine that the mistake was made on our part we will send a call tag or return-shipping label.

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.

BACKORDERS
We ship most orders complete within two to five business days. Due to the many Made-In-USA, high-demand, small-production items we carry, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model of an item. We ship orders complete so if an item is not in stock at the time of purchase we will hold all purchased products until the full order can be completed. Please feel free to consult a customer service representative for information on order status.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not Airbomb

Payment Information:
All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Internet, phone and faxed orders are not charged until the time of shipment. On custom wheel and bike builds 50% of purchase price will be held as a deposit. Telephone or fax orders must be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. You will need to include card account number (always 13 or 16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), and cardholders name. If the credit card bill is received at an address other than the shipping address, you must include both with your order. Please allow 7 business days for personal or business checks to clear. Make checks payable to Airbomb Return Checks are subject to a $35 service fee.
